Tees Valley's flagship startup and scaleup programme, delivered by Alt Labs on behalf of the Tees Valley Mayor and Combined Authority. Three pathways: Pre-Flight (2-day workshops across Middlesbrough, Stockton, Darlington, Redcar and Cleveland, and Hartlepool), The Stable (6-month incubator with grant funding of up to £2,200 a month plus a top-up of up to £4,800 on completion), and The Forge (12-week accelerator for revenue-stage companies seeking investment). Supported 30+ businesses with £1.5M+ in its first year and has since relaunched for a second year. UK Shared Prosperity Fund backed. Based at FLOK co-working space, Middlesbrough.
