Three pathways: Pre-Flight (2-day intensive workshops across Middlesbrough, Darlington, Hartlepool, Redcar and Stockton), The Stable (6-month incubator with monthly £2,200 grant funding plus up to £4,800 additional grant), and The Forge (12-week accelerator for revenue-stage companies seeking investment). Supported 30+ businesses with £1.5M+ in first year. UK Shared Prosperity Fund backed. Based at Flok Co-Working Space, central Middlesbrough.
